Refunds and Exchanges

Ayuda wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.



Standard Return Policy


There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Ayuda:


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Ayuda, either online or at an Ayuda Retail Store, can be returned to Ayuda. Ayuda products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.


How to Return an Item


Ship your item in the original packaging (if available) to 205 E. Main Street, Suite 3 Hillsboro, OR 97123.



Refunds


Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.


If you don’t see the refund after ten business days and you are still seeing the original charge on your bank statement, reach out to your bank for more information.



Exchanges


You may request an exchange if your item has a manufacturers defect or is damaged in shipping.


If you would like an exchange, ship the defective item to 205 E. Main Street, Suite 3 Hillsboro, OR 97123. Once we receive your item, an exchange is initiated immediately. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your new item.
